In a menu full of references that awaken our memory, from the petiscos, to the main dishes and also the dishes of the day, Chef Luís Gaspar and his team tried to be faithful to the Portuguese recipes, printing the quality to which we are all used to.
In creating this new gastronomic universe, the use of small local producers was one of the main concerns, from the ingredients used to the dishes, always with the aim of giving this project an identity as Portuguese as possible.
